PWL4343: This is based off of the proven design of the PWL4840. The 43 x 43 (1100mm x 1100mm ) foot print is a common size in the chemical industry. This size excels at carrying Bulk Bags, and also commonly holds a metric ton (2,200lb ) of bagged chemical product. This size also cubes out a Sea Container perfectly, for export purposes. Most of the Domestic Chemical Manufacturing Industry exports their product. This product is also ISPM15 EXEMPT – a perfect combination for anybody exporting via Sea Container!

First of its kind – Shipping Pallet, made of plastic. First Plastic Shipping Pallet manufactured in the USA that actually delivers on the expectations the market has of a “pallet”, and does so at a realistic price. These products are an analogous replacement for New Heat Treated Wood, minus all the issues that come with wood! Think Food, Pharma, Export, Automation or anything hygienically-sensitive!

This is a better-alternative compared to New Heat Treated Wood. The target industries have requested this for years; a no-issue AKA non-wood-substrate shipping pallet – these products now make that possible.

These pallet excel at carrying “A” or “B” loads, and most “C” loads:

  • A Load –  Boxed goods. Evenly distributed load, fills up top deck of pallet completely, or close. Boxed goods, any configuration/height.
  • B Load –  Boxed or Bagged goods. Uneven weight distribution of boxed goods, or evenly stacked 20kg / 50lb bags.
  • C Load –  Bulk Bags being most common. Works well for all bulk bag applications ( PWL4343 ). Also most other heavy, un-evenly distributed loads.

Common Loading(s):

  • 2000lb – 2200lb bagged chemical goods. 20kg/50lb bags. Stretch wrapped. Stacked in storage. Commonly compressed to remove air from product before heavily stretch wrapping.
  • 1400lb – 2400lb Bulk Bags. Almost all bag styles/weights work. Currently have a customer exporting 4,000lb bags of borosilicate on our PWL4343.
  • 800lb – 1200lb boxed goods. stacked 2-3 high in storage/shipment. Strech wrapped.
  • 2000lb – 2400lb boxed goods. Possibly pyramid stacked. Floor shipped. Strech wrapped / strapped.
