More Stable Loads

PWL’s pallets have a closely ribbed deck. Gone are the common Unitization problems that are prone to wood pallets – loads shifting and hot spots. Our product line provides a uniform load face across the pallet, as a result, supports it uniformly.

On the bottom of the pallet – the part that interfaces with the rollers, our entire product line has strong bi-directional base. A proven design for Automation success.

On the side of our pallets – that interface with the guide rails, our entire product line has perfectly square sides that extend fully to the face of the pallet. A very common cause of stoppages, now completely gone with the PWL Product Line.

Reduced Fod

Plastic pallets are free of ALL issues involving Nails or Splinters. No Foreign Object contamination! While it is common for MHS equipment to drag these contaminants across the plant, in ASRS this material gets stuck in the rollers and mechanical elements of the automation, causing hard-to-find problems. This also causes issues with product contamination, especially in an ASRS where product is stored vertically on top of each other!
