The Chemical Industry ( Resin Industry ) is one of our most exciting and largest partners! Due to the requirements in this industry, most of the pallets used are very heavy duty and heat treated. These are very costly pallets!
We are currently developing a CP7 that is a PRICE ANALOUG to the current Wood HT option used today. This is a winged pallet, dimensionally identical to the current industry standard, but only weighs 24 pounds!
The majority of these industries have an Export Component at the end of their supply chains. The PWL CP7 is ISMP15 Exempt, like the entire PWL Product Line. No more Load Rejection at Foreign Borders due to mis-colored pallets. No more Product Damage, and just as importantly, ZERO pallet-caused ( F.O.D ) problems to the Automation in these environments.
Almost every chemical manufacturer in these markets has high levels of automation in their plants, from the final palletization to the filling of bags. Wood pallets litter your plant with debris, that gets cross contaminated to all areas by material handling equipment.
