First of their kind – Complete line of Shipping Pallets, made of Plastic. First Plastic Shipping Pallet manufactured in the U.S.A. that actually delivers on the expectations the market has of a “pallet”, and does so at a realistic price. These products are an analogous replacement for New Heat Treated Wood, minus all the issues that come with wood. Think Food, Pharma, Export, Automation or anything hygienically-sensitive!

In the target applications, a better-alternative every time compared to New Heat Treated Wood. The target industries have requested this for years; a no-issue AKA non-wood-substrate shipping-pallet, these products now make that
possible.

These pallets are used daily across the entire world already! Not only are these exact products used to import all of our consumer goods, they are used exclusively throughout most of the Eastern world. Outside of the U.S.A. most of the world does-not have any wide-spread renewable-forestry. It is forced to use plastic exclusively.

ONE-WAY SHIPMENT:

This is a product that replaces new-heat-treated wood, and is geared towards the traditional wood market. This is meant to be a one-way shipping pallet – just like the wood pallet it is replacing. We all know a quality new wood pallet will last for several uses, so will these.

AIR FREIGHT:

At only 16 pounds, the PWL4840 is 20 – 26 pounds lighter than the current pallet you are shipping with. With a national average of $5.00 - $12.00 per pound ( hot international ~$20.00+ ) - this is a Savings of $100 - $500, for every piece of palletized Air Freight you
ship.

DIMESNIONALLY CONSISTENT:

Dimensionally consistent in every crucial dimension. Matches current wood foot-print, but does so with 100% consistency every time, yet only weighs 16 pounds!

EXPORT: THESE PRODUCTS ARE ISPM15 EXEMPT!!

There is no risk of mold, or discoloration perceived as mold, at foreign borders. No Issues OR Load Rejection @ Foreign Boards.

USDA/FDA:

Nothing biological can grow on plastic. Useful for in-bound & out-bound purposes. Compliance issues commonly originate from outside of your plant. Have your suppliers ship in on plastic!

AUTOMATION:

100% dimensionality consistent every time. Same mold, same materials. Consistent dimensions and performance when loaded or not, while conveying through every form of automation. The secondary issue of debris causing jams and shut downs, gone over night!

HYGIENE:

Nothing biological can grow on plastic. Plastic is free of any mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria or insect related issues. This is crucial to preventing product contamination & load rejection at foreign borders. A new Heat Treated wood pallet can easily begin to grow biological contaminants again, especially in a sea container. No Foreign Biological Contamination.

CLEANLINESS:

Plastic pallets are free of any issues involving nails or splinters. These foreign objects are spread throughout the plant by MHS equipment, getting into your packaging and automation. No more pallet related debris littering your plant. No Foreign Object contamination.

PERSONNEL DAMAGE:

Much Easier to handle. These pallets ONLY weigh 16lb’s vs ~40lb standard wood pallets. This is especially important for manual handling environments! OSHA No splinters/nails to injure staff while handling by hand! Watch your productivity, and moral increase.

PRODUCT DAMAGE:

Splinters, nails, and broken boards damage packaging and also ends up in your final product. This causes compliance issues in the process. The more regulated, the bigger the issue. This also leads to load rejection at the end user.

LESS LIABILITY:

Plastic completely removes pallet related Personnel Injury, Product Damage, Product Contamination, Liability around regulatory requirement & general Cleanliness issues.

SLIP SHEET:

This removes the need for a slip sheet, saving avg ~$1.00. Slip sheets provide 2 positives; 1) Wood pallets can damage product 2) Deck board spacing/unitization issues. The PWL Product line solves these problem!

TOP DECK:

This pallet is functionally the same as a closed deck pallet. It has no deck board spacing issues. The biggest “holes” found in the pallet are a 2.5”x 2.5” square. This pallet unitizes perfectly with-out a slip sheet!

BOTTOM DECK:

The entire PWL Product Line has strong conveyor and automation proven designs that work every time. The bottom of the pallet interfaces with your automation, as well as it does the load!
